The Alpha-Olefins Market Intelligence Database is an electronic version of the mulitclient study, Alpha-Olefins - World Markets, 2000-2010. The electronic version is scheduled to be completed incrementally, with sections delivered monthly through June, 2001. A printed version of the study is also scheduled for delivery in June, 2001. Details of the schedule may be found in the prospectus. CONFIDENTIALITY TERMS The contract signed between Colin A. Houston & Associates, Inc. (CAHA) and the clients of this study specified the confidential nature of the study, including this electronic version. CAHA agreed not to disclose the results of this study to other than clients for a period of thirty-six months from the publication date. The client agreed not to permit the study to be read or used by any party other than employees of the client and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates. The client agreed to make every effort to maintain the study as confidential for a period of thirty-six months from the publication date of the study. The client agreed to permit no reproduction of all or any part of the study without CAHA's consent. Therefore it is illegal to download, copy or distribute any portion of the Alpha-Olefins Market Intelligence Database.
