The Alpha-Olefins Production Database is an estamate, created on a best efforts basis of the production of alpha-olefins by producer, by cut. CONFIDENTIALITY TERMS The contract signed between Colin A. Houston & Associates, Inc. (CAHA) and the clients of this study specified the confidential nature of the study, including this electronic version. CAHA agreed not to disclose the results of this study to other than clients for a period of thirty-six months from the publication date. The client agreed not to permit the study to be read or used by any party other than employees of the client and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates. The client agreed to make every effort to maintain the study as confidential for a period of thirty-six months from the publication date of the study. The client agreed to permit no reproduction of all or any part of the study without CAHA's consent.
